Withdrawal Instructions

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous statement by email to:predeluxe@onyxswiss.com is sufficient.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the goods.

The costs for shipping to the customer (in particular express, security or special shipping) will not be refunded.

The direct costs of returning or personally handing back the goods shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

Repayment will be made after the goods have been successfully received back and inspected.

The goods must be returned to the return address specified by PREDELUXE within fourteen (14) days of declaring the withdrawal.

Returns are made at the buyer's risk and expense.

Withdrawal is only possible if:

• the product is unworn,
• it is in exactly the same condition as at handover,
• all components (box, documents, accessories) are complete,
• the security seal affixed by PREDELUXE is intact and has not been removed or damaged.

If the security seal is removed, tampered with or damaged, the product is deemed to have been accepted and withdrawal is excluded.

For high-value luxury goods, a full authenticity and condition check is carried out upon return.

Should the product show signs of use, alterations or damage beyond mere inspection of its condition, PREDELUXE may demand compensation for the loss in value or refuse to accept the return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• individually adapted or personalised products,
• sealed goods whose security seal has been removed or damaged after delivery,
• special agreements outside the online shop.
